In 2023, Immanuel celebrated our 125th Anniversary.  At that time, we launched a new vision:  Thrive 125.

We don't want to just get by or survive - we want to THRIVE, see our church family THRIVE, and see God's Church THRIVE.

The THRIVE Community Internship Program is designed to welcome intern partnerships with individuals who are on track for some sort of vocational ministry.  We are open to seminary and undergrad students who feel this call to ministry!

As of 2026, we have had four interns in a variety of capacities - and we are discerning who else might be joining us for a semester, a year, or more!

Application Information

We are accepting applications for Fall of 2026.  

Our internships are flexible, will work with seminary requirements, and can sometimes offer housing and/or a stipend for your time and work. Each arrangement is handled on a case-by-case basis.
