  • EPIC is open to youth 5th through 12th grade, regardless of church affiliation or background!

    • EPIC for Middle Schoolers (5th-8th Grade) meets on Wednesday nights from 5:45 - 7:15pm (with a pizza meal)

    • EPIC for High Schoolers (9th - 12th Grade) meets on Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00pm (with snacks)

    Both EPIC groups meet at Immanuel for small groups, games, and worship. Special outings may also take place outside of the church as well.


    Participation in EPIC does not require a student to also be enrolled in Immanuel's Confirmation program. Nor does it require a student to regularly attend Immanuel. Many students and families value the Confirmation program, so it is still our intent to pass on the Gospel of Jesus through this program!

    Immanuel's Confirmation program is for the 6-8th grade years.  Along with participation at EPIC on Wednesdays, Confirmation students will have a series of classes on Sunday mornings, and also do sermon notes, two reflections on how they are experiencing God in their lives, and attend Bible Camp or Christian retreats throughout their Confirmation years.  Again, any students can be part of Confirmation, but we need to know that is what is wanted!  Students fulfilling the expectations of the Confirmation program will be confirmed in the spring of their 8th grade year - this date has been set for April 26, 2026.

  • Immanuel strives to provide engaging, Jesus-centered youth programs at a minimal cost. We ask for financial donations to participate in EPIC and/or Confirmation to help with our costs of food and materials - $30 for one student, or $60 per family. We never turn away students who cannot financially contribute to our youth programs. If you would like to pay more to sponsor other EPIC kids that cannot give towards this program, please give by cash or check. All gifts are tax deductible. A SignUp Genius page has been made that will allow families to sign up for a date to serve the pizza meal. Contact the church office for assistance.

  • Are you interested in helping out with our Youth Ministry here at Immanuel Lutheran Church? This could be volunteering, chaperoning, offering meals, hosting events at your home, coordinating outings or special speakers for our youth. Please contact the Church Office and we will get you heading in the right direction!
