New Sunday School classes for all ages beginning Rally Sunday, Sept. 11th
We all know the greatest influences on faith are the conversations that happen at home. To help families weave faith into every part of their lives, we are beginning a new Sunday School series for all ages this fall. The Faith Weaver Now curriculum is designed to encourage faith development beyond Sunday so faith grows all week long. Whether at the kitchen table or in the car, the curriculum makes it easy for families to talk about the Bible and their faith.
Everyone from the youngest kids in Sunday School to the adult class in the Social Hall will study the same Bible story in an age-appropriate way. In the fall, the stories will come from the Old Testament; in the winter and spring, from the New Testament. The lessons will provide memorable Bible learning through interactive teaching tools such as fun music and Bible skits to engage and captivate students. Every Sunday, children will go home with a Family Connect sheet outlining what they learned that Sunday and how parents can encourage further faith development at home. Additional resources will be available online and by email.
Whether you have kids, grandkids, or no kids in Sunday School, you will enjoy learning these familiar stories (and some less familiar stories) in fresh ways. The nursery/playroom will also be available during the Sunday School hour (and worship) for families with younger children. Come join us in building strong relationships in Christ and making Him known to all!
